Inside Sales Agent / Appointment Setter

DESCRIPTION
- Lead generation: Prospecting for new leads through various channels, including online platforms, social media, phone calls, and email campaigns.
- Client communication: Responding to inquiries from potential clients, following up with existing clients, and providing them with the necessary information.
- Appointment scheduling: Coordinating appointments between clients and real estate agents, and managing the real estate agent's calendar.
- Database management: Maintaining and updating a database of clients and leads, and ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Market research: Conducting market research to identify potential clients and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the real estate industry.
- Sales support: Supporting the real estate agent in the sales process, including preparing marketing materials, scheduling showings, and facilitating the transaction process.
- Administrative tasks: Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and preparing reports.
- Communication: Communicating with clients and real estate agents via phone, email, and other channels to ensure that everything is moving forward smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or business is preferred.
- Experience in administrative support, customer service, and MLS management and at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates should have strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
- Candidates should have a solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including digital marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Candidates should be creative, with the ability to develop marketing materials that are engaging, informative, and visually appealing
- MLS experience: Candidates should have experience using MLS software, and should be familiar with MLS rules and regulations.
- Candidates should be comfortable with technology, including MLS software, CRM software, email marketing software, and social media platforms.
- Candidates should have strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the transaction process.
- Candidates should be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
